The Rocky Mountain Chalet, Fraser, Co, was recently acquired by Dianne Wettersten. Since the purchase was completed on October 1st 2010, The Rocky Mountain Chalet,  has undergone a total renovation. The six guest suites and bathrooms have been fully remodeled in exotic woods, marble and granite as has the lobby lounge and reception area.
